“I want to start by stating the staff was amazing here, but, the property was extremely dirty & very run down. The room was somewhat remodeled but was previously smoked in for years and you cant erase that smell. Since the hallways and other property locations were so dirty, i questioned the cleaniness of the bedding, i slept in my clothes bc i just felt it was dirty. Again, the people are great but cleaning the entry way and hallways and eliminating the smoke smell or at least being honest about……

“Charged me twice for the wrong room. Had to contact Expedia to help straighten out. Toilet clogged before we got there. No blankets for beds. Several bags of trash in second level stairwell. Several used tires near back entrance. Elevator out of order. Weeds everywhere.”

“This hotel was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we walked in, it smelled like a smoke shack. The carpet in our room was sticky and turned your feet black if you walked barefoot. It also looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. Only 2 out of the 6 lights above the bathroom sink worked. There were empty beer bottles under the bed. Car air fresheners hanging from the lamp. The pool wasn't open at all. The breakfast was a joke with options of eggs and sausage and waffles that tasted……

“Our room was ready and clean. Staff provided extra towels for us. The disappointment was that although we were told breakfast was available starting at 6:30 am, there was nothing other than overnight coffee available at 7 am. Using the phone for contact in the common area meant the phone rang multiple times without anyone answering it.”

“Could not.get a written description of how to handle towels and trash. We had to wash our own towels and could not find where to dump trash Desk was open from 11 to 7pm.”
