“The air conditioning was solid, the beds comfortable after a long day of beach walking, bike riding and other stuff.
The staff were excellent. We had Adrianna and Alicia most of the time and they were super-helpful. Where to rent bikes, where to eat, what time is this or that. I can't say enough about these two women.
The only downside to the property was our room location. The sunrise in the morning was spectactular, but the small, but usable balcony and window face a basketball court. The……

“Rooms are basic and very outdated. Not very clean and very much in need of upkeep. AC marginal. No pool, beach or other ameneties, which was probably clear on the booking page. Its a far as possible from the "center of town" Sargassum is bad along the waterfront.”

“Property allowed us to check in late which was very kind of them. However, the property is old & run down. The hotel don’t choose their guests, but the ones next to us were extremely noisy with the TV on very loud leading to a poor night sleep due to the very thin walls & adjoining door not stopping any of the noise. Conveniently near the water taxis though”

“Just not really worth it. Staff are great, breakfast is real good, even the owner is nice. But, super expensive for where and what it is. Pictures somehow make it all feel bigger even though they’re accurate. Neighborhood is bleak, and the few restaurants in the area happened to be closed all week for Easter.”
