I arrived during their advertised check-in hours, only to find that the place was completely closed with no one available to assist me. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no clear explanation or support. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund even though I was unable to check in through no fault of my own. Their lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend booking this property unless you’re prepared to risk being stranded or losing your money. A little effort on their part to resolve the issue could have gone a long way, but sadly, that didn’t happen.
