“The bathroom needed an update. The hotel was not staffed I had to use an app or call a number. I called the number and they were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the walls were solid so it was quiet. Overall it was good. ”

“Room was clean but dated. 1990 wallpaper boarder and Kelly green colored comforters. Bed was pretty worn out. Breakfast was typical hotel full breakfast. Waffles, powder eggs and sausage. They didn’t hold a first floor room for my 95yo mother and the elevator is an afterthought - cumbersome to use so we had to pay extra for the handicapped room to have her on the first floor. That should have been given to us at the booked rate. ”

“No hot tub on site. Pool area seemed clean but we did not swim. The breakfast was sufficient with kind staff that continuously tidied up. The lobby and eating area were very clean. Beds were firm, the room was in good condition, no in-room coffee maker but available if asked. Would stay again. Happy customers.”

“The whole building smelled clean when we walked in, so that was encouraging. However there was no heat in the room and it was chilly out. But by the time we realized the room wasn't heating we were unpacked and in our pajamas. We dealt with it but weren't happy about it. There was no soap at the sink so we had to use the bodywash from the shower. The breakfast options weren't anything we wanted, couldn't you at least have had bread for toast?
