“Booked 3 rooms for 1 night as we were needing somewhere to stay overnight before continuing further up north, but there were a lot of things that went wrong.
To start, one of the rooms prior to checking in were left open. You would think that by adding the number of people staying per room, this would indicate how much toiletries to put in each room (towels, toothbrushes, etc.). This was not the case and we had to ask for additional towels for a room that is supposed to accommodate 4 people.……

“Hot shower is not working. Only the very cold shower.
When you turn the handle to the left to get hot shower, the water in the shower heads was only dripping and no water pressure. No phones in the room. Had to go down every time to ask for assistance. I had to ask 3 times in one day just for someone to fix the issue and when someone finally came, they COULD NOT FIX IT!!!

“I won’t stay there any more. Linen were wornout, towels were discolored, mosquitos & ants all over the room, defective shower, toilet was clogged & after declogging it goes back to slow drain again. It’s way below my expectation. I don’t why you are doing business with this kind of property. ”

“Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. A variety of foods.
We were on C side. With pool view and it was lovely. Hotel seems to be doing some well needed upgrades. But delta clean and safe. And beach front. Similar vibes to Mexico. As a Canadian. ”
