Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. ”

The beach access is highly convenient, and or children loved the safe and friendly confines of the resort. Can't say enough about the great staff and excellent chef!! My mother is a native of Bauang and Ilocano and he was always willing and able to make Ilocano specialties (and American food for my children) that exceeded what was being served elsewhere. “This is a great location to stay at if you are headed to La Union. Aureo is super close to being a 5 star review, they were just missing the little details that separate from "Good" to "Excellent". We had to ask for several items in our room that are basics (slippers, body soap, shampoo, extra towels). Once asked for, the staff responded immediately however we should not have had to ask for those things when booking a villa suite. Property is well maintained however there are still areas……

“I suggest Orbitz would take this out. I called the property telling them that we will be checking in between 9:00-10:00 pm. He told me guard is 24 hrs. When we got there can't find it. Place was soo dark, no lights on. Called and looking for the place while on the phone. No guard ir caretaker, have to wait for 20 minutes. Just the entrance alone is soo dirty, rooms so smelly, not enough parking for 2 vehicles, I booked for 8 persons for 2 rooms. She was providing 1 bathroom and told me 1 booked……
