“Friendly and helpful staff. We had a two-bedroom cabin which was clean, comfortable and warm on what was a cold windy night. Really liked the cabin features such as the separate toilet and bathroom, and large open-plan kitchen/living/dining room. Appreciated having a hot shower at the end of a long day! Only minor complaint was that we had in two cars, but we were only allowed access for one on site, which meant a lot of trips from the car to the cabin with our gear. Overall, a very pleasant……

I booked and paid in full through Wotif yet all further communication was from Sourhcoast Properties from whom I had three separate requests for payment of the “balance” of $824. Three emails and three calls later I felt the issue was solved and was advised that their system didn’t talk to the Wotif system but kindly ignore the requests. Arrived to collect key and you’ve guessed it I was asked for the balance of $824. Granted the lady who attended was……
