“Well this hotel is way overpriced for service you get information said food availability is to 9pm arrive just after 830 told kitchen closed.so only option is drinks bar. Staff where either playing on phone or outside socializing with other staff ,many quests waited long periods to be served or left,nibbles available at bar where not stocked as run out same as soda water ...carpet in breakfast area is so dirty and gaps between carpet ”

“A fantastic base for big groups. We stayed in a 4 bedroom lodge which was perfect for our family get together. Loved that there was 2 living rooms- somewhere separate for kids is brilliant. The staff were so warm and kind. If you’re going off season, the bar has limited opening times but there are supermarkets in Dungarvan to stock up for a kitchen disco. ”

“Last minute trip to Tramore, hotel was nice enough, the room was cleanish and the bathroom was in need of decoration...paint peeling from the ceilings, couldnt get hot water from the shower, had to run for 15 mins to get it luke warm and the drainage was bad so almost spilled over the shower tray before I got in, some would say the place was quaint and traditional, I would say it was dated and in need of redecoration. That said I WOULD stay there again, staff were mega friendly and the breakfast……

“Great stay in hotel apt with family. Newly renovated, shower in main bathroom was amazing. Very well equipped kitchen. Did not plan on using the dishwasher or washing machine/ tumble dryer, however they came in very handy when we decided to use the gym while the kids went to kids club and needed to wash our smelly workout gear! Lovely food in the restaurant. All staff very efficient and friendly that we came across, from front desk to maintenance man, to cleaning ladies. Delighted we have found……
