“Friendly and relaxing environment ”

“Savaii Lagoon is a truly tropical island resort, it is picture perfect in an incredible setting. I travelled from Australia with my three tall teenage children, and the villa was ideal for us with two single beds and a queen. The space was generous, with air-con and a large ceiling fan so we all slept very comfortably. The staff, beach, and views were outstanding. “Nice hotel near the beach is the only thing that is good. Inexperience staff with minimum English. Not happy with the lack of responsibility taken when checking in. Need to update their policies re-check in.”
