“Beautiful location. And friendly staff. Food was very good. Pool is wonderful And clean. But lack of working wifi was frustrating. The resort should really look into starlink with wifi extenders throughout the resort. The dvd collection was hopeless and jumbled. (missing or scratched discs). ”

“Wonderful staff. Gorgeous rooms. Corridors and elevators in older part of hotel could be renovated and refreshed. Pool is not open very late. Would be lovely to be able to swim after dinner. ”

“Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!”

“Parking was plenty. We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are brand, close to everything. There is a huge convenience store downstairs. Overall pretty safe. ”

“We booked for 9 nights but stayed only 3. Staying in a fale on the beach at faofao became intolerable without respite from the relentless pounding of the ocean on the reef especially at night. Swimming or just sitting in the water to escape the heat was impossible with the tide almost reaching the fale. No TV at all and no Internet access in the fale. Internet also turned off. Obliged to sit in uncomfortable eating area for Internet access. No respite from bright security lights. Toilet bowl……
