“There is no elevator. If you require one—call ahead to make sure you are on the ground floor. Our TV didn’t work, and at 7:30 when we checked in the tech staff had gone home. The restaurant closed by 9, when the posted hours said 10. Breakfast was great and everyone was as kind as they could be.”

“The Staff was nice, breakfast awesome but at night there was a loud humming and we found leftover food with ants crawling out of it around the base of the bed! We also found trash and a big used zip tie under the couch, the pool had so much chlorine it turned out suits from blue to brown and there were young girls swimming in their panties meanwhile a known sex offender had a poolside room. I felt very uncomfortable having my granddaughter there honestly will not be staying there again.”

“I tried calling owner several times throughout day we were arriving to tell them we were going to be close to end of check in time. No one answered and voice mail box was full so couldn’t leave a message. I messaged the owner thru Expedia as well with no response. We got there and lights were on in the house and in back. I went to front door and thankfully looked down after climbing porch steps as all the porch boards were removed and it was dark so could have been a disaster. The Hitching Horse……
