“My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bed was dirty, which is completely unacceptable. The customer service made things even worse — the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and I felt very poorly treated throughout my stay. To top it off, the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced, very low quality and not worth it at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ”

“Wonderful Hotel, All the staff are friendly and work really hard to give their guests a wonderful experience. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful served by two very hard working friendly ladies. One little niggle was that the tea bags etc were not replaced in the room however you can pick them up from the bar area and no milk in the room for tea or coffee however if you asked they do give you a small jug. Would we stay again YES 100% ”

“No tenía vista directa al lago pero el entorno es espectacular , el pueblo antiguo contiguo al hotel es espectacular , los termales una fantasía 10/10 estan muy cerca al hotel , el hotel es algo antiguo pero bien conservado , de todas maneras le vendría bien una remodelación ”

“This was a great stay at Lago de Garda, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. The street is a bit noisy at night but if you close the balcony doors it gets much better. The view of the boulevard and lake are very pleasant. We recommend it. ”
