“I had a rough stay due to a very large, extremely loud group that kept the halls noisy until about 1 AM. The staff genuinely tried but weren’t able to get the situation under control, and I ultimately had to move to another hotel in the middle of the night. To their credit, they immediately comped my room without any hassle, and I appreciate that they took responsibility. I don’t see this kind of issue mentioned in other reviews, so I’m hoping it was a one‑off situation. I’d consider giving the……

“The staff was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Bed little to firm but good. Got up this morning to take a shower but tub and bathroom sink had backup water in it full of hair. Wasn't there last night but was this morning.”

“I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.”
