“I was most impressed with the customer service at The Pearl! The front desk staff was courteous, friendly and respectful. Wait staff, hospitality attendants, and housekeeping were also impressive. The property is well kept and comfortable. The on-site dining was superb and definitely made it hard for me to push away from the table! “Amazing service. Great management! Just had a hard time with the power switch from generator to regular power. I have to manually remove the room card each time to turn turn on the sockets and television. I believe this can be easily rectified by connecting especially the tv socket to the inverter. Keep up the good work Guys!”
