“Stayed one night and LOVED the hotel! I’m glad I read the reviews bc I was able to adjust my expectations based on other reviews. First, the front desk gentleman and valet attendant were EXCELLENT! Great customer service! The property and room were GORGEOUS!! Excellent bath products by Byredo, which my daughter was surprised by bc it is a great brand and isn’t typical at hotels. The bed was SUPER comfortable! I seriously was sad I didn’t have the opportunity to sleep longer bc we got in late and……

“My experience with Gran Jimenoa was good , when we got there, we wait for a good 5 minutes to be able to see somebody at the front desk , no one was at the entrance greeting us, after a quick check in , a guy took us to our room, the TV was not working, but we were surrounding by a beautiful creation, well care environment.
The morning coffee was amazing, the breakfast was
Tradicional Dominican breakfast, it was good , fresh fruits. We really enjoyed it and definitely recommend.
