Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people

Instalaciones bien mantenidas en cuanto a higiene. En la habitacion apenas se siente el acondicionador de aire. El diseño del lugar es sencillo y la oferta gastronómica es basica (poca variedad gastrononomica) para las tres comidas.

From a glance the property is nice and beautiful. The issue is the rooms are outdated. The lobby staff and bellboys are super nice but the bar and restaurant staff need a course in hospitality. Also you can’t flush tissue in the toilets. So yes, when you wipe, you have to put it in the garbage. I didn’t like that. We had an issue with the hot water so for 2 days we took cold showers. Not fun. The towels were raggedy with holes and stains. I don’t have complaints about the food. It was descent. What I absolutely HATED was the timeshare/vacation club pitch. Those people are so aggressive. You can say “no thank you” 20 times and they still haggle you. The salesman Roberto was persistent to the point in which it was irritating. His manager James was equally aggressive. They wasted 4 hours of my vacation time. And it all starts with the resort workers in the brown shirts who stalk people to bring them to the timeshare presentation. They don’t say it’s a presentation, they say “they want to show you around the property so that you know all the areas you have access to.” Then once you get on the golf cart with them, they drop you off at the Vacation Club office and that’s when the real purpose is revealed. And DONT BUY the package. They show you the elegant villas but when you book a week, they’ll put you in a crappy old one. It’s a switch and bait situation. Basically, this Resort was ok if you just want a bare minimal resort experience. I will never go back.
