“We check in later at night but the hotel closed for something. We had a calling to them. The manager drives a car and guides us to check in the same stars hotel for us. The hotel closes to beach more with the buffet breakfast too. Such action in efficiency without any loss for clients are the trust.”

“The way up by car is not for the faint hearted. Read the instructions clearly or you may come across serious problems. Once you get there, the parking is great. Hotel has an excellent location, and you can basically walk everywhere around the old part of town. Walking to Alhambra is doable but we took the bus and we were glad we did. Reception lady is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are spotless with thick, fresh towels in the bathrooms. Great experience overall.”

“La estancia fue, en general, correcta, aunque con algunos aspectos mejorables. Para dormir, los colchones eran cómodos, pero las almohadas no resultaron tan confortables. El hotel ocupa un edificio antiguo que solo está renovado parcialmente. La habitación familiar en la que nos alojamos, para cuatro personas, era amplia, con camas de buen tamaño y espacio suficiente para estar cómodos. Sin embargo, el cuarto de baño estaba muy anticuado y conservaba una bañera. El aire acondicionado enfriaba……

“Newly renovated hotel with great location, lots restaurants and coffee shops near by and the Cathedral only 8 minutes walk away. You can even see the night light of Alhambra through room windows. Staff are friendly and room is clean. Only weakness is there is no kettle in the room, in winter it is a bit pity.”

“Lovely modern hotel. Friendly staff. Very near to the beach and restaurants. Room cleaned everyday. Good size comfy bed. Aircon and WiFi in the room. Good to have a fridge in the room too. Not easy to find parking spaces. Only had breakfast once but good choice. Would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities.”

“Wonderfully helpful staff 24 hours a day. Their elevator didn't work the morning of my checkout, a staff member heard me on the steps and rushed to help me out, without my having to ask.”
