“Upon arriving at the Perla del sur property, no one was there to check us in. All doors were locked, waited over an hour for someone to show up and no one did. The phones listed were disconnected or not answered. Texts were ignored
The property refused to refund the payment made upfront. If you offer a service and get paid for it, yet don’t provide it that’s considered fraud/scam.
Avoid such businesses, especially when you’re traveling from abroad/long distance to find yourself having to find……
“The property is beautiful, the staff amazing, and the beach dogs cute and friendly. We had a great time and would defiantly go back! I would note to anyone arriving in their own vehicle to download maps for offline use, and preferably arrive in daylight hours to better be able to see the turn-off and the correct roads. A truly special spot!”
“Clean room, excellent staff, rooms are small, but cozy. Hotel is not near the beach, and there isn’t a view, only from the rooftop. The concierge, Edwin, was very kind and friendly. There is no hot water in the premises. It has a small pool, and water is cold. If the purpose is to stay one night and move on, this is an excellent choice.”
“No hay wifi, la piscina no tiene circulation, falta control para el televisor, el desayuno muy simple,no hay leche para el cafe. Limpia el habitacion pero nunca cambia las toallas en 4 dias.”
“**Title: Amazing Stay at Solsticio Guajiro!**
★★★★★
My stay at Solsticio Guajiro was fantastic! The personalized attention was top-notch, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location near the airport is super convenient, and they even offer airport transportation—a huge plus! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. Overall, it's a great choice for travelers looking for quality and convenience. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!
Thanks,……
“Muy aseado, cambio de tendidos todos los días, aseo todos los días, la única debilidad es que no se varía el desayuno y no hay bebidas, en el anuncio hablaba de bar en playa y era mentira , de resto todo bien”
