“I will give this hotel a 2 star rating because of the following: The good: The hotel itself is nice and the hostess is friendly. The not so good: We were informed by taxi drivers that the area is not safe at night and that you should always try to avoid walking on the street after hours. “The owner wants something for nothing. Basic accommodation is fine, but when the window is boarded up so no natural light, toilet doesn’t flush without messing with pipes and a bucket, a/c lets a load of hot air in, a bad leak inside the room, and worst of all owner lied in property description about having Wi-Fi meaning an expensive 3 hour round trip to get a SIM card and enough data to keep connected to my family and do online work. “Este hotel NO existe. Con el taxista buscamos la dirección de un lado al otro. Las fotos que aparecen son del Hotel Castillo del Mar / El Castillo qie es un hotel viejo. Mi reserva no aparecía por Expedia pero sí la tenían en el hotel. Me cobraron $100 USD por un hotel 3 estrellas. Eso fue lo que yo pagué por noche en temporada baja por el Hotel Estelar Manzanillo que es 4 estrellas y con todo incluído. El hotel está muy mal mantenido pues las paredes en las habitaciones están peladas y……
