Clean room, staff and exercise room were great. My first room 225 had a bad smell, so I asked to switch rooms on the second day and was accommodated.

Under construction was annoying. The sound when taking a nap, debris in hallways.

Really nice property that’s well decorated. Very convenient for Weko beach, there isn’t a lot of stuff close. St. Joe is only 20 minutes away with lots of more amenities. Great space and great host. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The floor was covered with sand when we got there. We vacuumed and it seemed to help but not the best first impression. There were also lots of cobwebs on the walls. There were visible stains on the kitchen counter that we were able to clean. Could use a better cleaner. I would also have expected some basic beach supplies, being marketed at a beach getaway. A couple chairs and some beach towels would really add to the value of this place.

Better removal of snow on walks which were very slick. Internet connection not good. Slight issues with some things like loose toilet seat, conditioner in tub out, etc. Decent place for the price and close to Notre Dame.
