“The room was not super clean. Multiple hairs in the bathroom and the ceiling in the shower was damaged from a prior leak (and not fixed).”

“Right off the interstate in an area surrounded by restaurants, gas stations, and other stores. Numerous restaurants within a mile or less. Very quiet hotel. Staff extremely polite, check-in fast. Breakfast Buffett is usual foods, but fresh and good selection. Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms are very nice and updated. Hardwood floors. Would definitely stay again solo or with family. ”

“Breakfast was pay as go despite expedia saying it was included. Parking was a surprise fee, additional, and quite high. Staff at check in and check out were rude, "busy" despite no other guests being present, didn’t even offer token courtesies. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, pillowcases were scratchy and starchy feeling, lights were confusing or didn’t work. Power outlets didn’t charge so plugging anything in was a waste which left me scrambling the next morning. Internet and even basic tv……

“The hotel room was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. What I don’t appreciate is the housekeeping people waking us up on the last day. Check out is noon and we had the do not disturb sign outside the door but housekeeping knocked at 9:15 and woke us up. I told the man we are staying until checkout. Yet he came back a little after 11 and knocked again. There should be better coordination so housekeeping knows when a person has left or at the very least, honor the do not disturb sign until……
