Made reservation 5 months in advance for king bed. At check-in was told all king rooms were booked to BonVoy members (turns out this might not have been true) and instead was given a room with 2 queen beds. The second night, at 3:00 in the morning, the ceiling in the bathroom began leaking profusely (to their credit the night manager quickly transferred us to another queen suite). After arriving home, while reviewing my credit card account, found out they charged for the room even though it was prepaid through Expedia so had to call the hotel to get the charge reversed (they assured the error was theirs).

Not great, expected much better
Room was not cleaned or towels replaced. Front desk then lied to us about a policy change. No Soap found in room during check-in. Tissue box in bathroom was soak in water but did not realize for a while. Front desk did nothing to compensate for poor experience.

Disappointing
I was amazed that Marriot still doesn't routinely clean your room. I was amazed that they couldn't serve a complimentary breakfast. I was amazed that even coffee in the morning wasn't adequate. No creamers to speak of, the teas were empty almost completely. For 300 a night you'd expect something more than a bar of soap. Time to go back to Rent Like A Champion. Sad!

Close to where we wanted to eat and off the freeway. No amenities to speak of. There was no breakfast and all the coffee pots were empty in the morning. Staff seemed oblivious to it or just didn’t care as they could easily see people trying and failing to get coffee in the morning.

Did not like the high price with nio breakfast and the handicap room really wasn't set up for a disabled person no grab bars by the toleit and not really a shower to shower a disabled person.overall a bit diappointing for the price we paid
