“My perfect stay in Munich. I made a sudden request by email for printing a 13-page document around 7 am and hoped to get it by 7:30 am, October 27 (Monday). I went down to the front desk trying to remind them at 7:20 am. I was SO surprised they had my document ready then. Their great service really made my day!! Wonderful service! “Nice hotel, great location. Breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was we visited in July and the fans in rooms weren't enough against extreme heat, although they had put an ac unit in room it was too loud to use at night”
