"We were able to check in early. The apartment with balcony accommodations were perfect for 3 to 4 guests. Also, the location is walking distance for shopping and museums for downtown Munich. I would stay again! "

"The breakfast was amazing. Getting to the hotel from Munich was a bit awkward. The shuttle service was good to the airport. You need to book and it costs 5 Euros each. "

"It is a friendly hotel located near to main transportation hub — The Munich Central Station, including long distance bus, train and city public transportation. Unfortunately the bathroom has some problem, the water draining is too slow and my feet always under water. I called for fixing, but problem did not solved completely. "

"This was a good hotel overall. Friendly staff, good location across the street from the main train station for food options. Only negative factors was that it was loud due to the street noise (not the hotel's fault) and there isn't any air conditioning. The rooms do have ceiling fans and they also provide two additional fans in the room as well to help offset this. The weather wasn't extremely hot when we visiting at the end of April but i could see it being a problem in the warmer weather...

"This is a clean, quiet, safe hotel. It was a spacious room for Europe. Only complaint would be the stairs. It says there is an elevator and there is but you have to take several steps to get to it. Six steps to get to reception, 10 to get to the elevator then stops between floors so you have to go up or down 10 stairs to your room. So if you are like me who travels heavy it’s a pain with suite cases. It was very clean and breakfast was good. "

"Would recommend. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice and all fresh. Great location not far from Hbf and Ubahn and tram stops. Area is very cosmopolitan, so lots of interesting shops.felt very safe and quiet at night. Good value."

"Pros- hotel is lovely, twin room is huge and very clean, bar staff were lovely and the location is a 7 minute walk to central station. Cons- the pillows are awful so tough to sleep on them, the bathroom has a fan that makes noise if the electricity card is in so you have to either listen to it all night or use the bathroom in the dark at night and one of the receptionist wasnt very friendly"
