The man on reception was very apologetic and tried to contact his 'boss' but to no avail. Eventually he put us in a 'Villa', 'Cottage Room'. This was supposedly better than our Superior Room and it was certainly listed as more expensive. It smelled badly of damp. It was dirty. We had to move into another Villa room next day as the place was fully booked.
