“We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, with an easy walk to the nearby beach, and the parking was convenient and plentiful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and having an ocean view was definitely a wonderful bonus. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, and the bathroom layout felt somewhat awkward. He said the person would come in 1 hour and then he could get it for us. The person never came and we kept checking over the evening. “We were greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Our Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is decorated with local artifacts and colors. Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of breads, meats, and cheeses, and of course great coffee. The hotel has a restaurant attached and we had all of our lunches and dinners because the food and service were great! We could walk to hiking trails, the City Center, and of course the beach. We look forward to returning. ”

“Contratamos un chalet con 4 habitaciones dobles. De las 4 habitaciones dobles contratadas, 2 no las pudimos utilizar por el mal olor y la humedad insoportable. Además la luz no funcionaba y la ducha estaba rota. A pesar de no haber utilizado las 2 habitaciones debido al mal estado en el que se encontraban, nos cobraron estas habitaciones como si las hubiéramos utilizado. Ofrecer ese tipo de habitaciones con olores insoportables, humedad, sin luz, etc., es una falta de respeto a los……
