"Beautiful secluded location, very well-trained and helpful staff, excellent service, amazing dinner a la carte – not a single time was any entry less than perfect. We stayed 10 days in the first half of September. The beach club was very well equipped, with a good choice for any taste. The weather was very good – hot and warm days, warm sea (26- 27 degrees), refreshing breeze at the top of the hill – everything was just right! Wi-Fi was weak close to the sea, but around the pools and at the top of the slope, where we mostly stayed, it was working."

"Loved it!! It’s a great hotel, rooms are super spacious. Staff was great. Argentinian girl at the bar by the pool, and Argentinian guy at the bar inside by the Lonnie were super friendly and helpful. The food at the bar/ pool was great The food at the buffet was decent."

"Overall, we had a lovely stay at Pedra Santa. Its biggest advantage is definitely the location—it’s excellent and makes it easy to explore Costa Smeralda. Sardinia is absolutely stunning, and with gorgeous weather every day, it was hard not to enjoy ourselves. The hotel restaurant is very good, with delicious food and an amazing sunset view that made dinner feel extra special. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. On the evening we were getting ready to go to Phi Beach, we asked for an iron. Surprisingly, the staff couldn’t find one anywhere on the property. At first, I was told they only had one, then another staff member said they had several, but they were all “missing.” It was frustrating, especially when trying to get ready for dinner. I also sent two emails before our arrival with a simple request, but never received a reply. In those emails, I mentioned that I’m a travel content creator and kindly asked if it would be possible to have a room with some sort of view, as I planned to feature the hotel on my social media. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room overlooking nothing but bushes. That said, these issues didn’t have a major impact on our overall trip. Sardinia is an incredible destination, the hotel’s location is fantastic, and we still had a wonderful vacation. With a little more attention to guest communication and consistency in service, this hotel could easily provide an even be"
