“This place is a basic bungalow and for the price you can get something similar for much cheaper. In the middle of the night, a rat crawled across the floor and startled my girlfriend a lot. In the morning, we packed and I booked a hotel somewhere else at 4 am. We couldn’t stay here because we found it very dirty and not worth the price at all. It was very grimy and not even inexpensive for the location. I’d recommend staying somewhere else for the price or less. ”

“The hotel was exceptionally clean with beautiful well maintained gardens, tranquil setting close to the river. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome, , we booked our tours and airport pickup and they even dropped us off at the bus station for our return journey. An added bonus was that a Rhinoceros hung out near the hotel giving a wonderful photo opportunity ,I would have no hesitation in staying here again and recommend to anyone ”

“Loved my stay here. Very nicely run lodge— a great choice in the area that provides an upscale experience for a very reasonable amount. The staff were all lovely, the owner ever-present, making sure you’re having a great stay. But the stand-outs were the safari guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a great experience in the park. Saw tons of animals—so many rhinos!—but sadly no tigers, though the guides were super committed to trying to spot.”
