“Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza.
Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off.
Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee……

“The room was very dusty, no soap for the shower in the bathroom and breakfast was terrible. Same pie every day, when i say same means the exact same one, for 4 days.
The only reason i gave 2 stars and not one was that one of the young receptionist was very helpful.”
