“HORRIBLE. Tubotel has the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. I made a reservation months in advance via hotels.com. Once I arrived, the attendant attempted to extort my friend and claiming our online reservation was invalid and demanded we pay multiple times the online amount. We waited for the other receptionist to come, who claimed that she did not have our reservation, then hours later printed out my reservation. “I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. I would highly recommend booking the Designer Room.The bed was positioned in such a way that you could enjoy the entire view of Sapa while lying in bed.
