We arrived early on the overnight bus from Hanoi and were able to leave our luggage prior to check in. They also have one shower on the main floor for guests to use. Linh, at front desk, was super helpful in providing recommendations on places to visit. The hotel room is as shown in photos. The daily breakfast includes a selection of local and western cuisine with different options provided daily. It was situated in the lower hotel area on the hill but easy walk (all up hill from here) to restaurants and very close to one of the popular instagram picture areas, if that’s your thing. So many great images to take pictures of on this mountainside. Grab (taxi) was exceptionally cheap and super easy to arrange a ride up to Sapa Center for access to the “legend, Fansipan” From sapa center back to this Hotel is all down hill and easy to walk back down to, after you spend the day in the center. Hot Breakfast was great every day and very helpful front desk. Room was exceptionally clean , reasonably priced and we had a fabulous view from our balcony. Bed was super comfy. What more can I say. Personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec vue sur une rizière. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Le personnel nous a organisé un trek avec une guide hmong.
