“I was disappointed with the breakfast. Food is not delicious and staff are not friendly and attentive. I think the 600 pesos charge per person is ridiculous. Since the food is not good. The pillows are very hard and so as the bed. I suppose to have upcoming booking but decided to cancel it. I’m very disappointed. ”

“Room was terrible , staff not very helpful , original check in time was 11 am when I checked in , got the room @ 2pm
The management & staff only interested in charges.
Absolutely disappointed.
I was told I can check out @ 2pm however again late check out charge was 300 pesos even if I checked out @ 1.30 pm ( I was informed check out is 12.00 pm ) seams rules change as it suits them
