“The room is clean but the restrooms toilet bowl clogged up easily. Staff was very helpful except one thing, staff entered the room when my son still sleeping. It’s not even checked out time yet, and he didn’t say anything, he just walked away. Breakfast was really good and good location too.”

(1) toilet: (a) replaced seat was too small - too small to crap and piss at the same time, (b) seat kept falling, (c) barely flushed
(2) shower: (a) broken temperature knob, (b) on-demand water heater that scaled or froze you, (c) loose towel rack, (d) caulk patch work as "fix", (e) roaches
(3) bed: (a) hard pillows, (b) bedding feels……

“The overall experience is really good. Stayed 2 nights with my partner. Staff are very friendly. Walking to locations can take some time however the hotel has small transit units like golf buggies. Call reception and they come to collect and drop off.
No telephone in the room and no room service was slightly disappointing. Swimming pools need to be cleaned more frequently. Staff are very friendly. Food was really nice. Very quiet location if you want to completely switch off from things. Lovely……

“Black mold in bathrooms, bugs and fly’s in shower cracks, broken window held together by a plastic bag, no cover for electrical outlet which could cause serious injury or death. Ac unit not properly insulated and outside air is exposed around the unit, the water from faucets were black, dirty mirrors, stains on bed sheets. A patch on a toilet which could break any moment. We come from the United States and the only good thing about this place was the price and staff. The property owner obviously……

“I come from the United States so my review may be different from others. But the property was clean, working hot water, free amenities and morning breakfast, cold ac, working elevator, and helpful friendly staff. Only dislike was only having one thin bed sheet for bedding and some internet connectivity issues. Other than that great price for the value for what you get compared to other hotels in the area.”

“I had an excellent stay at Villa Marii for 12 days. The property is small but has everything you need. Firm bed , firm pillows , nice AC, just how I like it. Shower with endless hot water, which is rare in philippines. Staff friendly and attentive always asking to freshen the room or provide towels and water. Breakfast is included and is great. Full restaurant onsite as well. You will not be disappointed.”
