"My husband, two dogs and I stayed here for the 6th year in a row. The house is on the ocean and has a pool. Enough said. The Hess family is excellent with communication. We had good weather for the two weeks we stayed at Ocean Panorama. We love this house!"

"We had a wonderful time on Emerald Isle!!! My husband, cousins and their kids made great use of this home and the closeness to the beach. As any rental can go, we had a couple of hiccups but nothing that Kellie wasn’t able to help us with in a prompt amount of time. We would definitely come back to this beautiful beach home. Make sure you bring your own linens, we brought our own bedding too, and bring towels for beach, bath and kitchen. The kitchen is fully functional. We used the oven and stove top. We ended up handwashing dishes so I can’t speak on the dishwasher. For the negatives:The WiFi can’t handle too many devices at once, but truly we were too busy enjoying the beach and each others company to worry about internet. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the ocean with amazing views. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The décor was bright and welcoming, and we loved enjoying coffee on the balcony each morning while listening to the waves. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this rental and look forward to coming back "
