“Das Hotel ist stark renovierungsbedürftig – oder müsste aus unserer Sicht sogar abgerissen und neu gebaut werden. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett und freundlich. Allerdings wirken bereits das Treppenhaus und der Aufzug äußerst un einladend. Beim Öffnen des Zimmers kam uns ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch entgegen. Da wir erst spät angekommen waren, mussten wir zunächst ausgiebig lüften. Ohne das wäre ein Aufenthalt für uns kaum möglich gewesen. Es roch muffig, alt und zusätzlich nach Chlor. Auch……

“I stayed in this hotel couple times and this time really pissed us off. The cleaners went to the room and didn’t finish the job and didn’t take the trash away. We ordered taxis and non of them arrived and the taxis they called for same trip could cost from 15-35 Euro difference. 😡 the front desk can’t answer simple questions and they don’t even apologize for not ordering taxis for us. We will Never stay in this hotel again! ”

“The hotel was a useful stop in Goch, with bistro-type catering provided - but not used. Shops and restaurants are about 8 mins walk away. The bedroom had a balcony, but this was shared with the next room and was already being used by them - so not used. Bedrooms, corridors and stairs are uncarpeted, so sounds of voices and hauled baggage are not suppressed. The bathroom tiles and shower tray were chipped, and there was no shelf above the small washbasin for toiletries. I shared my room and……
