"El hotel es precioso, pero lo que realmente lo hace especial son todos los detalles tan cuidados y espectaculares que se encuentran en cada rincón. Desde que uno entra, el aroma es mágico y crea inmediatamente una sensación de calidez y bienestar. Quiero hacer una mención muy especial a Celia y Miriam, de recepción, quienes fueron extraordinarias. Su servicio, atención, amabilidad y, sobre todo, su verdadera disposición para ayudar hicieron una enorme diferencia durante nuestra estancia. Fueron mucho más allá de lo que uno normalmente espera del personal de un hotel. Estábamos en Segovia por una razón muy especial y emocional para mí: estaba dejando a mi hija para que comenzara sus estudios universitarios. El trato tan humano hizo que la experiencia fuera mucho más especial de lo que habría sido en un hotel donde todo se sintiera más impersonal. Además de la belleza de la decoración y de todos sus detalles, el hotel estaba impecablemente limpio, las habitaciones eran preciosas y cómodas, y el desayuno delicioso. "The hotel is clean and well maintained, but the building and rooms definitely feel dated. There are no USB outlets anywhere, so you’ll need to bring your own adapters to charge devices. The restaurant is good overall, but the quality isn’t consistent. I ordered the same dish twice — it was excellent the first time, but disappointing the second. Staff are friendly, but you really need to know some Spanish here; English is limited. Despite the quirks, it’s a comfortable stay and I rate it 4 stars."
