“My bathroom had not been properly clean when I checked in. Dirty shower, poop on the back of the toilet, dried coffee in the sink. My room did have a fan but others in my party did not so the rooms were warm with no A/C. The hotel does not have enough fans to accommodate all rooms so if there is someone elderly in your party and no fans, I’m not sure what you’re supposed to do. The main areas were nice and clean and air conditioned. The wedding hides there was arranged beautifully.”

“Hotel was nice and modern, clean and the staff were very helpful. Good selection at breakfast but did have to wait for items to be replenished. Hotel is close to bus routes so easy access into Sheffield”

“The staff at all levels were helpful & friendly. They resolved my late arrival without an issue & provided an excellent breakfast in the morning.
It is a pity that the bar closes at 22:00 but that is my only concern.”
