"We arrived with 2 young kids to the appartement in a hot July day, to discover there is no AC in the appartement, it was probably 40 degrees C inside which was unbereable. We asked for fans to keep the kids cool but there was none. The pool was very small and busy so not even an option. The room and furniture are very old and outdated, towels disgusting and very very used Such a shame for a so called 4star facility. After 2 hours with no other choice we left and checked out as it was physically...

"Pro: Incredible property and amazing staff. Very welcoming. Con: Bad Wi-Fi service in the bedrooms and hard mattresses. Some unusual quirky elements to be expected in such an old castles, but very charming. Would stay again."

"Let me say these were the most friendly people we have ever encountered in a hotel! It was very late in the day , close to midnight, and my kids were sleeping, so they did the fastest check in I have ever seen. The hotel is super practical for whoever is travelling and needs to be in and out the city quickly, the breakfast was super good (whoever towards the last 30 minutes some things started to be missing) and the facilities including the pool were really nice. "

"This historic Château has undergone major renovation, and the designer did a phenomenal job! Everything was sparkling and amazingly tastefully decorated. The outdoor space was also redesigned and is just so peaceful! The staff is extremely attentive. Breakfast was wonderful, and the chef prepared a very creative, delicious dinner, allof it served in this stunning setting. "

"the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated"
