“We arrived and there was a little bump in the booking but we managed to fix it. And after that it was just perfect. The staff was perfect and especially Kaya -the all around boy in the reception- was so good. He will be a good manager one day. The hotel has all inclusive which I did not know was in my booking. And normally it is awful but I must say: the food was really good and it was clean in the area. Good choice of drinking etc. and again: very nice staff. We downgraded us from a room……

“was excellent all staff was much caring as i also am not so mobile with the use of a push roller they gave attendance to any need s without making me to feel uncomfortable or making request which was not having to be a pain for that absolutely fantastic stay of 5 days i would have love to had more time there and will not hesitate to go back there and highly recommend even as i was amongst mostly German people who were lovely bunch to meet thank s much to all the staff much happy with you all ……

“Staff very nice and helpful at all times. Hotel has direct beach access which is awesome! The sunsets are magnificient and can per seen from either the little pontoon at the beach or the beach bar roof terrace.”

“öncelikle odalar konforlu ve temiz herşey yeni ve kaliteli sadece yastıklar biraz zayıftı düzeltilirse 4\*4 lük olur. çalışanlar oldukça ilgili ve güler yüzlü. denizin koda olması ayrıca ormanın içinde olması hem doğa hem deniz combo tatil. içkiler kaliteli markalar hep bilin merkalar öyle hayatta adını duymadığınız şeylerle karşılaşmıyorsunuz. yemeklere gelince kahvaltı iyi snakeler güzel sadece akşam yemeği bi tık zayıf kalıyor aöa düzeltilebilir. biz oldukça keyig aldık tekrar gidermiyiz……

“I would like to commend Mehmet at the reception desk for helping to sort out the miscommunication between orbitz/Expedia and Blue Star as I was checking in.. He was a total life saver in putting in the extra effort to help find me accommodations and saving my trip that created memories that will last a life time. I’d also like to thank the staff at the Green Bar during the Animations. They were always upbeat and quick to keep your glasses filled. ”

“Az első napokban a személyzet eléggé mufurc volt, de miután folyamatosan köszöntem nekik (persze törökül) és mosolyogtam rájuk, nem volt más választásuk, mint visszamosolyogni. A konyha átlagos, finom török kajákat főznek. A takarítás kielégítő, de kell hozzá egy kis apró... A családi szobák tényleg nagyok, érdemes olyat foglalni.”
