“Wer kein russisch kann und nicht wie eine russische Frau aussieht, kann nämlich lange warten auch wen man nur einen Wasser haben möchte. Personal an den Pool Bereich sehr unfreundlich , genervt und ständig wird man böse angeschaut. Von 10 Uhr bis 23 Uhr, mit eine kleine Pause Mittags, nur lautes Musik. Also nichts für Familie die sich erholen möchten. ”

“Ik geef het een ruim voldoende (7). Goede ligging ten opzicht van Kleopatra strand. Letterlijk straat over steken en je bent er. Bedjes en drankjes zijn op strand niet inclusief de all-inclusief formule. Drie zwembaden maar niet al te groot. Onvoldoende bedden bij zwembaden, maar toch nog wel voldoende tafels waar je dan maar aan ging zitten. Hotel faciliteiten prima. We hadden familie kamer met uitzicht op zwembad, ruim voldoende. Elke dag schoonmaak. Keuze eten wat karig en vaak herhaling in...

“Das Hotel verdient die vier Sternen gar nicht. Die Sauberkeit war ein grosses Problem. Fast alles war schmutzig. Man konnte dich mit den Personalen gar nicht verstehen da sie nur Russisch sprachen.”

“Vi var där 12 nätter i maj/juni, en familj med 2 vuxna och 2 barn, 4 och 12 år gamla, bodde i stort familjerum med separat sovrum. + prisvärt, 12 nätter för ca 2800 eur (inklusive flyg från Stockholm) + 2 olika poolområden + bra storlek och kvalitet på rummet, gott om förvaring. - Många i personalen borde inte jobba inom service. Man får ett trevligare och mer engagerat bemötande i kassan på lokala matbutiken än vad man fick av många i personalen. Gäller inte alla, men tillräckligt många för...
