“The hotel was very welcoming as soon as we stepped through the door and remained so until we left. The room was lovely and airy with balcony. There was food and drink available 24/7. A fantastic range of different cuisines and drinks too. The hotel had a lot to offer and the beach just a stone’s throw away. We missed out on the Japanese restaurant due to fully booked but enjoyed a lovely meal being served at the Quentine Restaurant ( need to book) Slightly misleading regarding the Spa as run……

“Schöne und toll gelegene Anlage, nettes Personal. Gute Auswahl an Speisen, da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Zimmer Reinigung ganz ok, könnte gründlicher sein gerade Boden und Spiegel. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr toll, gepflegt und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen. Die A la Carte Restaurants sind gut jedoch wären etwas längere Pausen zwischen den einzelnen Speisen schön. Die Gänge wurden sehr schnell hintereinander serviert. Man hatte fast das Gefühl man muss sich mit dem Essen beeilen das……

“The resort itself is amazing. Staff is great too! But here comes the issues - extremely loud environment, unruly children running around(I have a 6 year old boy, but he has never been allowed to act like all other children), no adult supervision until early morning hours, security doesn’t do anything, parents don’t care! The parents drink until 3 am and shout, not talk in the common areas. The disco music is extremely loud, windows and walls are thin! And around 3 am when you think that you can……

“Property was well presented and modern. We had a family room with our 2 teenage boys. There were nice little extras in the room like free soft drinks, toiletries and slippers. The cleaners did a good job. The food was nice with lots of choice but it was pretty much the same every day. My son loved the desserts. We never had an issue with finding a table in the dining room. The pool area was relaxed and clean, initially there were no issues with getting a sunbed but in our last week they removed……

“Der Strand war der Hammer feiner Sandstrand und man konnte weit ins Meer rein laufen. Zimmer waren sauber das Personal war cool, Osman Bey der in def früh kam und am Abend heim ging, zu jederzeit nett und höflich war, immer gefragt hat wie es einem geht, Halis war ein junger Mann der Cocktails gemischt hat wie ein erfahrener Barkeeper und die Mert's waren immer sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Es war einfach der Hammer Urlaub ”

“Es war einfach nur rundum fantastisch!!! Das Personal war super aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Zimmer super sauber, sowie die gesamte Anlage. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Die angebotenen Aktivitäten super abwechslungsreich. Auch schön für Kinder. Wirklich jedem zu empfehlen!!!”

“Food is average, sea is great but entrance to the water is full of big rocks so not good, staff at the reception is very rude, we had some issues with the room it was full of bugs and only after big argument with the reception they put us in the different room. Would not recommend this hotel and will not travel again.”
