“We arrived in Carcassonne on a beautiful sunny day, the hotel is beautiful, and perfectly located just a very short walk from the city walls. We checked in and Stefan was wonderful, we had issues with our car, he rang a local garage and even got us booked in.
Our room was stunning with extremely comfortable bed - we had a room with the hot tub, which was perfect temperature, we ended up staying an extra night while the car was being fixed, which gave us the opportunity to explore the old town……
