“Hello, the room was generally clean. However, the handle for the shower head in the bathroom appeared to have damaged or peeling paint, which caused a small cut on my hand. We hope this can be checked, and that the next guest and cleaning staff can be careful. Also, the air conditioning system could not be adjusted to produce cool air, which made the room feel quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Please look into this. Thank you.”

“La struttura gode di una splendida posizione, le camere sono accoglienti e gli spazi comuni (spa, piscina, bar e ristorante) sono piacevoli. Purtroppo, però, il servizio non è assolutamente all'altezza di un hotel 4 stelle: a colazione, nonostante la sala fosse quasi vuota, nessuno ci ha accolti o serviti: abbiamo dovuto richiedere personalmente sia i cappuccini sia i caffè. Al bar della piscina non è stato possibile ordinare uno Spritz perché mancava una bombola e ci è stato proposto un Campari……

“Soggiorno buono. Trovato formichine in camera. Condizionatore poco rumoroso al minimo, altre posizioni molto rumoroso. Il fatto che non ci siano gradini e che ci sia il parcheggio davanti ad ogni camera, però, non ha prezzo!!”

“What a gem of a hotel, truly 5 stars! Staff was so friendly, helpful, and gave exceptional service. Air conditioning was amazing, beds comfortable, breakfast included, and loved the in room refrigerator that was stocked with drinks, especially on such hot days. Showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Located on the heart of Crema, very safe, we enjoyed the bike rentals the hotel arranged for us. Best stay ever!”
