"Most amazing meals! Great value! The hair dryer and electric outlets were not great but we managed. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Very clean considering it's age. The wine list is out of this world. Top notch Chef Carlo wears tons of hats with total elegance. He is a fantastic sommelier, host, chef, bell hop, concierge etc etc. Such fabulous personal service. It was a real treat!"

Artistic touches delight inside and outside Felicin, views of the world-famous Barolos vineyards are featured in rooms (with balconiess), the warm and welcoming staff (Daniel, Andrea, Sylvia & others) became friends and the ristorante for both colazione and cena were unparallelled. "Right in the middle of town is this delightful Hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and accomodating. How lucky for us, it's winery is located on the property and is amazing. We also had a delicious dinner and perfect breakfast. We were all over Italy and this place is a gem that we enjoyed staying in and highly recommend ."

"A historic and charming location and domain; efficient, friendly and personalized service; excellent quality standards. Rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable. The restaurant is a real plus. Delicious food, wine and impeccable service for an overall affordable price. One minus: the spa is not free of charge (this should be said in the description in hotels.com) and it costs the ludicrous amount of 60 euros for 50 minutes. Despite that, a much recommended hotel.
