"I really like the tennis facilities, they also provide facilities for borrowing rackets and balls. The rooms are very clean, and quite spacious too. they have a unique swimming pool shape, and also at evening we can relax in the pool area and it is very comfortable. I will come back to stay again next time."

"Stayed for 3 nights in a triple room. Room amenities were in very good condition, more than ample TV channel selection. Location is Dana, lots of street food nearby and short walk to Sarinyah department store and public transit. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast had good selection and varied by day. Would stay here again!"

"We got a bedroom with NO window and just in front of the elevator. So it was pretty noisy and we've been feeling a little claustrophobic!! Otherwise, bedroom and bathroom were fine. There was a very bright LED stripe under a small corner furniture which couldn't be turned off, and we had to hide the light with a pillow to be able to sleep. Swimming pool is nice but freezing cold!! Also they do not serve any wines or cocktails, only beers, and we're not beers drinkers :( Staff was very friendly."

"We did stay for 2 nights, the hotel's location is easily walk from MRT/Sarinah. The staff are friendly and helpful, they also allowed us to check in 1hr earlier. We did ask for new towel because there is cigarette smell on the towel and they changed quickly with the fresh new towel. Overall is good stay at Ashley Hotel "

"1. The towel seem old and should be replace with new towel 2. Breakfast - Should deploy at least a staff to go around with coffee pot instead of relaying on the coffee maker machine. Coffee maker require constant clearing of the tray and causing long queue. "

"Overall it was good. They do not provide bottled water in the room but they do provide the filtered water in glass bottles. The problem is that the guests cannot assure the cleanliness of that filtered water. I understand that the hotel is aiming the eco-friendly but good clean drinking water should be provided. "

"Bedding not comfortable, toilet flooring wet unable to keep dry no drainage. Lift card system very difficult to operate , numerous others guest have problems too going up. "

"The location is good as the property is in the central area of Jakarta which gives you about the same travel time to most places around the city. But, this also can be a disadvantage because of the heavy traffic to get in and out of this Cikini area. The hotel was good. Breakfast was okay. However, the front desk staff were not as friendly as many other hotels I've stayed. As an example, when I asked for a store that may be open at a late hour, the staff wouldn't even look at me but say...

"Some minor issues regarding room service payments and house keeping not collecting food plates from corridors for more than 24hours.....very smelly corridor of food rotting. But a fantastic hotel, great pool and breakfast is plentyful. "
