“Had a warm welcome from moncef at reception upon landing and checking into the hotel and have been upgraded to a suite by Ikram given some problems I had with my room. Thanks to both and the rest of the team for making my stay all the more convenient and enjoyable. Some of the facilities like the racket sport and gym were not available at the time of my stay. The hotel could do with some variety to the buffet breakfast as I’d got tired of having the same thing every morning. Otherwise well……

“Staff were incredibly friendly, especially the front desk who helped me spice a lost package and had it sent to the hotel. Breakfast was top notch and had an abundance of options. Amenities were also exceptional and there was always a chair by the pool to lounge. The sunset patio with the bar was also a great bonus. Incredible ocean views were unbelievable.”

“This place was perfect for us, the rooftop pool and bar and lounge area were so relaxing. You’re not in the heart of the boardwalk tourist area, and you’re not in old town itself, but right in between and able to choose what vibe you want each day. Ferry to the town across the water is also a five minute walk away. We left so rested and so happy. Truly would recommend to anyone doing their first visit to Portimao! ”

“The breakfast menu had a large variety of fruit, pastries, cheese, casserole dishes, eggs, cereals, yogurt,pancakes, bacon, sausages, quiche, fresh juice, coffee selection. We had emphasized the importance of a good beach view to us and the view from our balcony was excellent. The Bar also had a good light menu when we weren’t hungry for a big neal.”
