“The manager, Mac, was very welcoming and took the time to explain the facilities within the hotel. Our room while a little dated, was warm, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb and contained a variety of choices. The dining room was tastefully decorated. Recommend staying here.”

“Warm and friendly services, coupled with cosy room-setting, made the stay at 32 Townhouse an excellent experience. Dominic the manager was attentive to details; Alex who served the breakfast gave warm hospitality and made guests feel pampered. ”

“We had a lovely stay on the American school bus a couple!
We made the most of the hot tub use!
It was self check in on arrival, so we didn’t have any communication with the host apart from check in instructions but it wasn’t needed.
The bus was really well equipped.”

“Nice place to stay but the bathroom downstairs floods and there is a moisture problem in the adjoining bedroom. The kitchen is also poorly fitted and obviously coming apart in places. But generally it’s a lovely cottage. ”

“Stayed in May 2026 for 3 nights. Easy to find. Location close to Narberth town and train station, both within a 5-10 minute walk. Property very spacious with big bedrooms and living space. All mod cons! Beds very comfy and an abundance of hot water. TVs in all rooms. We had a lovely time. Only small drawbacks were wi-fi kept dipping in and out, hot tub had clearly not been drained and refilled (as advertised) as it had bits in it and was cloudy, music from gym woke we up at 6am every morning,……

“Check-in was anytime from 4pm. We arrive at 6pm and the property still not ready, as was still being cleaned. We had to wait an additional 20 mins. No communication about this delay. If we had turned up at 4pm as planned, woudl we of had to wait 2 hours?
Main Bathroom / bedroom: Tv aerial broken, bathroom wouldn't close, shaving light broken, extractor broken.
Other bathroom / bedroom. Mould to shower ceiling, broken / cracked shower tray.
Lounge : TV remote batteries flat
Kitchen : No bottle……
