On a few occasions, there appeared to be a lack of engagement or eye contact, which made the service feel somewhat impersonal. "Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. The garden full of lemon and orange trees. Pool was lovely too, Rosario who looked after everything at the pool was a delight, nothing too much trouble.
