“Helpful staff”

“Beautiful hotel”

“Staff were friendly and very helpful, all along. Someone checked in on my name. The person used the facilities, left unclean before us. They had to take his stuffs out of the flat for us to be in there that night. I still cannot believe that was possible without verification. We had issues with the front door for few days until it was finally fixed properly. There are builders building and refurbishment going on which is good for the hotel but early morning noise from builders wasn’t nice……

“酒店位置佳，紧靠海滩，距离商业区较近，房间面积较大，酒店配备有高尔夫球场，酒店服务员热情。 ”

“👍”

“The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not. ”

“Satisfait du service et de la qualite des logements.”

“Schone kamer, veel ruimte, vriendelijk personeel”

“I love the environment, very serene”

“Everything was world class. ”

“Appartement lijkt netjes maar nadere blik leert dat veel slecht is afgewerkt. Wel net keukenblok. Informatie over losse electriciteit betalen gewoon slecht. Geen barretje, geen muziek, niks. Ronduit saai”

“Rigtig søde. Hjalp når der var brug for det. 24 timers reception. God mad i restauranten. Morgenmaden kunne vælges fra a´la carte kortet. Der var rigeligt at vælge imellem. roomservice. værelset trængte til en lille opgradering, men det var rent. De er ikke så hurtige til at komme med maden. ”

“It‘s a good place to isolate yourself from the public outside，especially at the moment of Covid-19 . Sleeping in a room with glass-door openning for having the wind from the sea enter inside，very nice and comfortable experience.”

“Very nice and charming Hotel where everybody takes care of your wishes. You feel welcome and treated like a VIP! We come again. !”

“Trips, their cars 4-wheel were very old and packed with people. For example on safari they packed 18 people in car. From other places, as I seen it in the parking lot, they all have smaller cars, 4 or 6 people.”
