“Great location on beach ”

“I was not told of or see any spa. I paid for full english breakfast during my stay but only got it once when i complained. Bathroom door broken and after i complained was moved to an other room which have cold water and toilet not flushing well. Lights went off but generator not able to light the place for over 3 hrs until light came back. The man looking after the please does not seems to care at all . Terrible road to the place. Moved out after 2 days even though i paid full. Will not……

“Yes, the pool is nice the staff were helpful and accommodating. I will be returning again hopefully soon. Look no where is perfect, if you want perfection then stay home. While here, i felt safe and welcomed. We had a shared bathroom but i never felt rushed. The TV works but limited channels but you have access to wifi so bring your own tablet. Sometimes the lights go out but they have a generator. There is a small store next door to purchase water. The neighborhood is friendly i never felt……

“Yes beach view was obstructed & the garden view just viewed the appatments in front of you. The whole hotel needs updating it's looking very tired for the money you pay out. ”

“We stayed on the last day of the season and were the only guests. Omar met us and there was also a cook and cleaning lady Adele who were very friendly and helpful. Due to an error by Hotels.com not knowing the lodge had new owners our payment had been sent to the previous owners - we are taking this up with Hotels.com as phone number also wrong but given new owners phone numbers. However as no internet at the lodge we could not cancel our booking to get our refund so this is having to be……

“Clean room,AC,Big bathroom, shower was comfortable, hot water, different lightings in room,Wifi,Acess to Youtube. Maid came daily, bar& lounge area/restaurant, pool (but didnt go into),sitting area/patio outside your hotel room.Its like Coco Ocean without the ocean,but cheaper.Nice and comfortable for tourist”
