“The pool was amazing and very clean. My room was good for the value. There was fresh delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was great. Any issues we had were fixed immediately. ”

“The management of the hotel wasn't great.
I arrived by 4pm (2hours after check-in time of 2.00pm) but the room wasn't ready so I had to wait for it to be cleaned.
2. The AC remote did work throughout my stay and they tried but couldn't fix it.
3. It was a struggle use room door key to open the door wheneverI go out.
4. The WiFi didn’t work throughout my stay. They tried but couldn't fix it despite moving me to another nicer room

“unlike other hotels you are only allowed 1 free guest breakfast although others are booked with your stay. Breakfast cost was too expensive the type of food being offered. Massage therapist was late, and very brutal in her treatment. Massage area was not as sanitary as it should be.”
